What is a peaceful time and why is it so important?

Hello, welcome to this introduction which aims to introduce you to the free and regularly updated Masterclass based on my recent experiences and reading.

What I bring to you is an accompaniment that will guide you to find moments of peace regularly through daily rituals. This will relieve burnout, anxiety, agitation, insomnia, stress and procrastination. These are DAILY RITUALS that will anchor PEACE in your body, mind and spirit. 

Problem:
The problem is to miss the appointments of life. That is, not being ready to seize the opportunities that Life presents to us because of fear of living, burnout, anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, stress, procrastination.

Solution:
The good news is that it is never too late to decide to make a fresh start and experience the joy of a sense of accomplishment by replacing « lost appointments with life » with a daily anchoring and alignment of values. Find peace. The remedy is DAILY RITUALS to anchor PEACE in body, mind and spirit. Prepare our inner garden to harvest moments of peace.

You will find a sense of security and stability. One hour, one day of regular rest that brings peace of mind.

A time set apart will bring comfort. Sleep will no longer be disturbed by difficulties.

Move from 😱 to 😌 = Moments of peace 💛

Find time for a peaceful moment;
A balance in your life will emerge;
The release of attention will allow you to focus on the essential;
By setting aside time to find solace in a temporal refuge (bedroom, house in the country, garden, forest, etc.) it will enable you to act sensibly towards yourself and others.

A refuge in an isolated place preserves time.
Let us turn our backs on external demands and listen to our inner voice. 
The joy of a sense of accomplishment will be the most comfortable bed to fall asleep in.
