What are our priorities?
When we can answer this question, we can find the balance in the day, the week, the month, the year, our life.
It is all about cycles.
Our life repeats itself day after with the same mistakes over and over. But when we know what to start with – rituals – everything makes senses and our day feels like climbing stairs without falling.
The goal is to free our time and our attention from overthinking each decision we have to make. So that we can focus on finding time for Paradise.

The first trick is to set priorities.
Time is the measure of change according to Aristotle. Interaction causes change; that is, our priorities change our daily lives. So changing our priorities will change time.
It is then a question of choosing the direction we want to give to the time we have for our priorities:
- Establish the logical order of priorities,
- follow your intuition to act at the right time, in the right place, without forcing things,
- freeing up time and attention to redirect it to more ambitious goals.
EXERCICE 1
Let’s start with your actual feelings about time. Look carefully the following 5 cards (from the game Dixit) and choose the one that describe the best your current situation with time. Pay attention to each detail of the chosen card and note on a paper everything that comes to your mind. What you wrote is the mirror of the way you deal with time at the moment.

EXERCICE 2
Take a sheet of paper and draw three columns. In the first one you will write the 5-10 things you do in the morning just after awaking up and before going to work. In the second column you will write the 5-10 things you do on holidays (or a Sunday morning) when you don’t have any commitment. And in the third column you will write the 5-10 things you do before preparing your camp to sleep on the evening of and hiking day.

The list of things you do in the morning before going to work shows your priorities when you have commitments. It represents all the actions you have to take to reach the goal to go to work. Those actions are priorities you are forced to follow, it is not your natural priorities.
The list of things during the morning holidays represent your natural and balanced priorities. When some things of this list are also in the work morning list and in the hiking list, it reflects strong priorities that you cannot miss.
The list of things in the hiking list represent the priorities that are compulsory to survive (warm, safe, cosy place, food, etc.)
EXERCICE 3
Take the morning holiday list and write down the name of priorities in front of each thing you wrote. This will be the list of priorities that creates a balanced morning in your life at the moment.

Hobbies 🤹🏻♀️ = social media, reading, movies, sports, etc.
Health 🧬 = yoga, breathing exercices, medicines, etc.
Cleaning 🧺 = kitchen, bathroom, toilets, the floor, etc.
Eating 🥗= breakfast, meal, a snack, etc.
Life purpose ✨ = thinking, meditation, contemplation, etc.
Hygiene 🛁 = shower, brush your teeth, etc.
Identity 💄= choose your clothes, etc.
Love 🥰 = call, write, hug someone you love, etc.
Family 👨👩👧👦 = call, write, visit your family members, etc.
Work 👩🏻💻 = work from the office, from home at a coffee, etc.
Projects 🤔 = new job research, gardening, foundation, etc.
Travels 🏖 = planning your next trip, etc.
Studies 📖 = reading, learning, documentaries, etc.
Music 🎧 = listen or dance, etc.
Friends 🤗 = hang around with your friends, text, call them, etc.
Finally you should get a nice list of priorities that will remind you how to keep balanced. You can always come back to this list when your day is messed up or when you missed a priority. It will help you to find peace of mind easily.
